Direkly provides independent restaurants, food trucks, and home kitchens with a direct online ordering platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
Direkly offers a branded ordering page, payment processing, order management dashboard, and related tools. We charge a flat monthly fee — no per-order commissions.
3. Accounts & Subscriptions
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Payments
Fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle. Payment processing for customer orders is handled by third-party providers subject to their own terms.
5. Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of your menu, branding, and customer data. You may not use Direkly for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Direkly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Direkly after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
